The AT&T ActiveArmor® app1 provides call and data protection to help stop threats before they reach you. App download and setup required.
  • AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security is free with your AT&T Wireless℠ or AT&T Prepaid® service.
  • AT&T ActiveArmor advanced mobile security can be purchased as a subscription for $7.00 per month. Subscription auto-renews and bills monthly unless canceled.

Update the app

It’s important to keep your ActiveArmor app up to date for the best experience. Updates fix bugs, boost security, improve performance, and add new features. After updating, you may be asked for new permissions—this is normal and helps new features work correctly.

How to turn on auto-update for ActiveArmor:

  1. Go to your Google Account profile.
  2. Tap Manage apps & device, then Manage.
  3. Select AT&T ActiveArmor.
  4. Open the app page, tap the three-dot menu, then check Enable auto update.

Update the app

It’s important to keep your ActiveArmor app up to date for the best experience. Updates fix bugs, boost security, improve performance, and add new features. After updating, you may be asked for new permissions—this is normal and helps new features work correctly.

Apps that you download from the App Store app are automatically updated by default, but you can manually update an app.

How to manually update your ActiveArmor app

  1. Go to the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Scroll to and select Update next to AT&T ActiveArmor, or choose Update All.

FYI: After an app is updated, it appears in the list of apps below Updated Recently.
