Set up AT&T ActiveArmor features, in the free and advanced versions, to help protect yourself from spam, scams, and more.
Use AT&T ActiveArmor® Calls settings for all things related to spam call control. You can also view your call logs, manage your personal block list, report a caller, and more.
Set up My Block List to manage a personal block list. Use the call log, access your contacts, or enter the number manually to add it to the block list.1
If you decide you no longer want to block the number, all you have to do is delete it from the list.
Help block spam and other unwanted callers with Call Routing Settings. You choose which calls to block and which to send directly to voicemail.2
Important: You must have an active voice mailbox to send callers to voicemail. If you don’t, calls from numbers that aren’t on your contact list will fail.
Tap Call Routing Settings to get started.
Turn Always allow contacts ON to help ensure callers in your contacts aren’t blocked or sent to voicemail.3
FYI: The ActiveArmor app uploads your contacts to the cloud to help you recognize your known callers.
Go to Texts in the AT&T ActiveArmor® app to filter spam and unknown texts (iPhone only), and get info on how to report spam texts.3
Text Message Folders: You can route messages to specific folders in the ActiveArmor app. To filter your SMS messages on your iPhone:
Texts from email1: This feature is no longer functional and will be removed from the app interface in a future app release.
Spam Text Protection (Android): Turn ON to get alerts of suspicious text messages.
Spam Text Threats: Turn ON to be notified if a text message is flagged as a threat.
Manage device security options with the AT&T ActiveArmor® app to help prevent unauthorized access to your phone and the data on it. Options vary by operating system.
Turn ON System Update Check and Passcode Check to get an alert if your passcode is missing, or when it’s time to update your iOS software.3 System updates may help fix security issues you don’t know about.
