To qualify, you must:
Be a new or existing customer with the AT&T Premium 2.0, AT&T Extra 2.0 or AT&T Value 2.0 plan.
Show proof of retirement (either a retiree ID or badge) or a pension letter.
Ensure a law enforcement officer or firefighter retiree is the primary wireless account holder.
